如何修复各种液压站

① 划伤沟槽挤出的材料屑沫会嵌入密封件，运行时在损坏密封件工作部位的同时，可能造成新的划伤区域痕路。

② 恶化缸筒内壁的表面粗糙度，增大摩擦力，易产生爬行现象。

③ 加重液压缸的内泄漏，使液压缸工作效率降低。引起缸体内孔表面划伤的主要原因如下。

液压缸修复采用“139的号，中间四位4009，后面是5915”

传统的修复方法是将损坏的部件进行拆卸后的外协修复，或是进行刷镀或是进行表面的整体刮研，修复周期液压缸缸体划伤修复长，修复费用高。

液压缸压力调不上去怎么办

1号泵滤油网有无堵住？或吸油管脱落？电机转速正常吗？联轴器呢？用电磁溢流阀替代比例溢流阀试试看

压力调不上去，清洗溢流阀（主阀芯被卡，处于打开状态，溢流卸压，自然无压力），再不行换个先导比例阀试试看
